The day Kim turned 17. It stared out like any other day. She woke up went to school, then her mom called her & said she had the day off & wanted to spend it with just Kim. So After history Kim checked out of school came home. Her mom gave her a pedicure, they took photos, they took goofy photos in the car, they went top get the best cake batter ice cream in town, then they had to run a few errands. Kim had a speeding ticket that had to be paid, so they went to the court house & kim spent $90 to pay her fines. Then dad was coming through town so they met him at Tony Tacos for lunch, Kim ordered tamales...yum! We also had to prepare the snack for Kims soccer team (even though she could not play because of her hurt knee) she went & supported her team. After the soccer game her & Cassie kept their tradition of going to the mall & dinner at cafée rio. Her family had cake with her the next day to celebrate. She took the money she received as gifts and bought a new ROXY snowboard!
She said it was a great day!
