Carson received surgery on his right knee this week. He did well, this time he received a souvenir from the doctor. The piece of cartilage that was loose and keeping his knee cap out of place. The doctor said this was actually worse than the last knee. He is being a much more difficult patient this time…I can not keep him down at all (he is on crutches) but still should have it up. So for the next week he is out of school and I am so lucky to get this one on one time with just him. We have watched lots of movies and listened to it pour rain outside.
Yes this is his second surgery in 8 months...last time same thing on the left knee. In two weeks he will turn 13 and no more knee troubles. CROSSING MY FINGERS!
