I saw this today on the Oprah show and can't wait to see this show Undercover Boss.Anyone who works hard for a living should see it. I was great to see the good hearts people have and how hard they work. Having such a great attitude plus that the boss gets to see first hand. If only all the other bosses out there could see how they impact their employees!
I love Esty! I love that you can buy items that were handmade by someone. I also get so inspired by the creations I see. I want to start making fabric flowers and we will be making some in Young Woman's with the girls.
I watched a this video that Heidi Swapp made from CHA. I got so excited about creating!! What I love the most is the creations by Melody Ross. It has been on my mind day and night...I am daydreaming about creating art like hers and want to redecorate my scraproom and add something I made to my home decor...now if I only had more time in a day. Melody is so inspiring to me!!
Just searching online this morning. I have the day off I have so much to do and wish that I could spend my day creating and scrapbooking. But I also want to get my home cleaned and organized so the kids coem home to some comfort and love.

I saw the segment on Oprah about Undercover Boss too. Wouldn't it be awesome if all bosses took the initiative to do something like this? I was so full of joy as I watched those bosses reward their employees for the dedication and hard work.
